We take dimensions accurately from architect’s drawings and provide values primarily from a predetermined schedule of rate.
Although the PSA has been our chosen and recommended pricing book, Paul has experience with the NSR and NHF for high Street commercial brands and housing associations.
By rule, all our work is measured from either the Standard Method of Measurement or the New Rules of Measurement (SMM7/NRM2) issued by the RICS when we price work.
We can provide monthly valuations, payment certifications, identifying variations and day work applicable to the contract set out between our customer and the principal contractor.
