Paul began his specialism in estimating projects during 1998 whilst working for the commercial sector that has since span a support service extending to the defence estates across the United Kingdom.

This expertise to extract measurements for mechanical, electrical and building quantities from the tender documentation and specifications, has enabled him to understand customer requirements from the initial concept design to its final valuation.

Having a complete analysis for all qualifications within a project and priced with full transparency including annotations will significantly reduce risk for both the contractor and customer alike.
